We ship to most destinations worldwide. In the rare event that courier restrictions prevent us from delivering to your address, our team will notify you immediately via email to arrange a full refund or alternative.

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees determined by your local customs authority once the package arrives in your country.

  • These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Festvio has no control over customs policies and cannot predict what these charges may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current rate details before ordering.

🔍 Order Tracking & Delivery Tips

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking link and number.

💡 Good to Know:

  • System Updates: Please allow 1–3 business days after receiving your tracking code for the carrier's system to update with live scanning location data.

  • Split Shipments: To get your items to you as fast as possible, multi-item orders may occasionally be fulfilled from separate warehouses and arrive in multiple packages. You will receive individual tracking codes for each shipment.

  • Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. Festvio is not responsible for delayed or undeliverable packages resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address information.
